Job summary

Wellstate Properties is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Listing Specialist to identify new properties, connect with owners and developers, and expand our portfolio of properties available for sale and long-term rental.

You will actively search for villas, apartments, townhouses, land, and other properties; contact owners to secure listings; and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or sales preferred.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently and meet monthly listing targets.

Key responsibilities

• Actively search for villas, apartments, townhouses, land, and other properties available for sale or long-term rental
• Contact property owners and developers to secure new listings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and local partners
• Negotiate listing terms, asking prices, and agency commissions
• Arrange property inspections and collect accurate property information
• Gather photos, videos, legal documents, and other materials required for listings
• Add new properties to internal listing system and keep information updated
• Identify attractive properties and opportunities in Bali's real estate market
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth communication with property owners

About you

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or property sourcing is preferred
• Good knowledge of Bali's property market and popular locations
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and good English communication skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, motivated, and comfortable contacting new property owners
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail
• Own transportation and willingness to travel around Bali
• Ability to work independently and achieve monthly listing targets
• Fixed monthly base salary
