Qualifications

• Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent in residential sales.
• Strong knowledge of local Bali markets and current conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Proficiency with real estate management software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
• Valid real estate licensing or certification; willingness to obtain licensing in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with buyers and sellers in Bali's residential market.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available homes.
• Prepare and present competitive market analyses and property valuations.
• Negotiate purchase and sale agreements on behalf of clients.
• Guide clients through the listing to closing process.
• Market properties via digital platforms, social media, and traditional ads.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, local regulations, and Bali property values.
• Prepare and manage property listings, documentation, and transaction records.
• Coordinate with legal professionals, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Build and maintain a strong professional network in the local real estate community.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets to grow Wellstate Properties.
