ParagonCorp in Jakarta is seeking an experienced sourcing professional to manage a complex portfolio of raw materials for cosmetics and skincare. You will identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will monitor market trends, mitigate risks, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Production teams to support product development and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in raw material sourcing for cosmetics, beauty, or personal care industries.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredient categories and global supplier landscape.

Responsabilidades

Requirements:

• Solid negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills
