ParagonCorp in Jakarta is seeking an experienced sourcing professional to manage a complex portfolio of raw materials for cosmetics and skincare. You will identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will monitor market trends, mitigate risks, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Production teams to support product development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in raw material sourcing for cosmetics, beauty, or personal care industries.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredient categories and global supplier landscape.

Responsabilités

• Source and manage a portfolio of raw materials for cosmetics and skincare products.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers, local and international, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and payment terms to optimize cost and supply security.
• Monitor market trends and price movements to mitigate risks and improve sourcing strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Production) to support product development and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate sourcing and supplier records in line with audit and traceability standards.
