Job summary

Praktis, a Jakarta-based end-to-end supply chain startup, seeks a Merchandiser to drive product selection and planning within a fast-paced beauty-focused operation. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely procurement and on-time PO completion.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years in merchandising, preferably in cosmetics. You will monitor production readiness, negotiate timelines and costs, and help samples and development

Qualifications

• S1 graduate from related major or field.
• Experience or knowledge in cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus.
• 2–3 years work experience as a Merchandiser, especially in the beauty industry.
• Strong communication and coordination with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Product selection and planning.
• Ensure every PO is completed on time.
• Able to negotiate with third parties or vendors to adjust timeline, price and quality.
• Check items that will be used for production until they become finished goods.
• Make progress reports and analyze development problems until finished goods.
• Responsible for making samples.
