Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a senior R&D leader to direct the company's research and development programs, steering new product proposals through to commercialization and ensuring market relevance.

You will drive accountability, standardize processes, and manage budgets across all R&D phases, while building a capable team to anticipate consumer needs and keep the business competitive. Placement is in Ciherang, Bogor, with leadership responsibilities across food technology disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or Safety/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Research and Development, especially in Food and Beverage Manufacturing.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical thinking.

Oversee the company's R&D functions, ensuring that companies meet their objectives for researching and developing new products or technologies and improve existing products thru lead the company's research staff and ensure the companies correctly understand and anticipate market demand, planning and developing products to meet consumer needs and remain competitive in the marketplace.

Job Description:

Direct the Research and Development (R&D) program, from new product proposal to commercialization.

Drive accountability, consistency, quality, and process standardization across all phases of research and development.

In accordance with company objectives develop and monitor research plans and budgets for R&D projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within cost objectives.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology and Safety/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry

Minimum7 years’ experience in Research and Development especially in Food and Beverage Manufacturing industry

Strong communication, leadership skill and analytical thinking

Willing to be placed in Ciherang, Bogor
