Job summary

PT Adecco Personnel Indonesia is seeking an e-Business Development Executive to drive Quick Commerce growth in Indonesia. You will coordinate with platform partners on promotions, in-app visibility, and campaigns while aligning with JBPs and channel strategy.

Ideal candidates bring e-commerce or digital sales experience in FMCG, strong analytics, and fluent cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this contract role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
Experience in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce / Digital Sales or Business Development.
Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods preferred.
Exposure to Quick Commerce platforms (Grab, Gojek, Shopee, Tokopedia) is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and performance data.
Good coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and in-app visibility.
Own day-to-day coordination with Quick Commerce platforms and e-distributors in Indonesia.
Support end-to-end planning and execution of Quick Commerce growth initiatives across platform partners.
Track performance metrics (GMV, orders, conversion) and provide insights.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure stock readiness and pricing accuracy.
Monitor monthly eCommerce performance against JBPs and manage expenses.
