Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce, digital commerce, online retail, or marketplace business management, with 2–3 years in leadership.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia's e-commerce ecosystem and major marketplaces.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and achieve commercial targets online.
• Hands-on experience with promotional campaigns, online advertising, and marketplace initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, trends and ROI.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to accelerate online revenue growth and market share.
• Lead planning and implementation of commercial initiatives, promotions, and online activities to hit sales targets.
• Monitor and optimize revenue, traffic, conversion, CAC, and ROI metrics.
• Manage relationships with marketplace partners and key stakeholders for visibility and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, operations, and agencies to execute initiatives.
• Oversee online merchandising, pricing strategies, and product assortment planning.
• Maintain healthy inventory by coordinating demand forecasts and stock planning.
• Build and develop a high-performing e-commerce team with a data-driven culture.
• Prepare and present business reviews, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
