Confidential is seeking a Regulatory & Product Compliance specialist in Jakarta Barat to ensure snack products meet BPOM, Halal, and other government requirements. You will monitor regulatory changes and maintain documentation across sites.

You will also support New Product Development from a QA perspective and help drive continuous improvement of the quality management system, including HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biology, or Chemistry.
• At least 1 year in Food Regulatory, QA, or QMS in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality principles.
• Familiarity with BPOM regulations; export/import knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

What will you do

Regulatory & Product Compliance

• Ensure snack products comply with applicable food safety and government regulations, including BPOM and Halal requirements.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and support the implementation of relevant changes across products and processes.
• Maintain and ensure the completeness of quality and regulatory documentation.

New Product Development Support

• Support New Product Development (NPD) projects from a Quality Assurance perspective.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and regulatory requirements are addressed throughout the development process.
• Support NPD activities to ensure projects are completed according to the agreed timeline and requirements.

Quality System Management

• Maintain and continuously improve the quality management system implemented across manufacturing sites.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of food safety and quality standards such as HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, or other applicable standards.
• Conduct data analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in quality and food safety performance.
• Support quality-related audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Food Regulatory, Quality Assurance, or Quality System within the food manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of food safety and food quality principles.
• Familiar with BPOM regulations; knowledge of export and import regulations will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of Halal, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, or other relevant food safety standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with quality and regulatory data.
• Strong attention to detail, observation, and integrity in handling quality-related matters.
• Proactive, initiative-driven, and able to identify and solve problems effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat.
