Job summary

Japfa is seeking a QA Manager to lead quality assurance across production facilities in Serang, Indonesia. You will design and implement QA plans, analyze data for continuous improvement, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance are maintained at the highest level.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in QA leadership, and strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000. Willingness to be placed in Serang, Banten is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Manager in food manufacturing.
• Experience with halal food regulations and certifications.
• Experience implementing GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000.
• Proficient in quality assurance methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean).

Qualifications:

• Experienced in implementing GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000.

• Experienced in applying quality assurance and control methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.

• Able to perform data analysis, trend identification, and improvement recommendations.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally.

• Willing to be placed in Serang, Banten.
