Job summary

Tanamera Mitra Sentosa is seeking a QHSE Leader to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our QHSE Management System across all operations in Bali. You will ensure quality, food safety, workplace safety, and environmental compliance throughout facilities and products.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in QHSE with leadership experience, strong knowledge of ISO standards, and proven audit and CAPA capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QHSE/QA-HSE, with managerial or leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of QMS, K3, Environmental Management, Food Safety, Risk Management, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and food safety management systems.
• Experience handling internal/external audits, CAPA, risk assessment, incident investigation, and compliance monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian K3 and environmental regulations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally with Operations, Production, HR, Engineering/GA, Supply Chain, and Management.
• Willing to be based in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the QHSE Management System across operations.
• Ensure quality, food safety, workplace safety, and environmental standards across products, facilities, and operations.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and monitor the QMS, including policies, SOPs, documentation, and quality standards.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring with follow-up on findings.
• Coordinate and support external audits, certifications, government inspections, and regulatory assessments.
• Identify workplace hazards, assess operational risks, and establish preventive and corrective controls.
• Monitor environmental aspects and impacts, including waste management and resource usage.
• Manage non-conformities, incidents, CAPA, and continuous improvement programs.
• Develop and conduct QHSE training, awareness programs, emergency preparedness, and safety initiatives for employees.
• Establish and monitor QHSE KPIs, analyze performance trends, and provide regular reports and recommendations to Management.
• Build a strong culture of quality, safety, compliance, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Job description

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) Management System across operations. Ensure quality, food safety, workplace safety, and environmental standards are consistently implemented across products, facilities, and operations.

Key responsibilities

Develop, implement, maintain, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS), including policies, SOPs, work instructions, documentation, and quality standards

Ensure compliance with applicable K3 (Occupational Health & Safety), environmental, food safety, and other regulatory requirements

Coordinate and support external audits, certifications, government inspections, and other regulatory assessments

Identify workplace hazards, assess operational risks, and establish appropriate preventive and corrective controls

Manage non-conformities, incidents, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement programs

Develop and conduct QHSE training, awareness programs, emergency preparedness, and safety initiatives for employees

About you

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QHSE/QA-HSE, with experience in a managerial or leadership role preferred

Strong understanding of QMS, K3, Environmental Management, Food Safety, Risk Management, and regulatory compliance
