Job description

Manage and oversee plant Quality Assurance operations to ensure the production of food-safe products that meet customer expectations. Ensure adherence to Quality, Food Defense, Integrity, Legality, and Quality Management systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems across the factory.
• Ensure compliance with BPOM, Halal, Other certifications, and other local regulations in Indonesia and internationally.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits; drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead food safety, integrity, and legality assurance programs.
• Resolve product complaints, handle non-conformances, and manage customer queries.
• Develop specifications for raw materials and finished products.
• Conduct regular reviews of policies and updates to align with international and Indonesian standards.
• Train and develop the QA team, with emphasis on local talent development.
