Ennovi Group is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the Industrial Business Segment in Batam. The role focuses on ensuring product quality through the outgoing process and close collaboration with Production and Logistics to meet KPI targets.

The candidate should have a degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and at least 3 years in QA roles, with IATF16949/ISO9001 experience or certification as a strong plus. GD&T knowledge and strong analytical skills are required.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in quality roles overseeing large groups.
• Auditor certification for IATF 16949/ISO 9001/14001 is advantageous.
• Experience in plating/coating industries is advantageous.
• Knowledge of 8D methodology; SPC, MSA/GRR, FMEA; Six Sigma training is a plus.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and GD&T.

Responsabilidades

• Run Outgoing Quality Assurance to ensure products meet customer requirements before delivery.
• Coordinate with Production and Logistics to support KPI targets (productivity, quality, delivery).
• Manage measuring machines and tools; ensure proper maintenance.
• Incorporate feedback from internal/external customers and drive corrective actions.
• Track field returns with process owners for quality issue resolution.
• Conduct internal audits (PIA/SCA) and follow up on closure items.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports and drive continual quality improvement.
