Job summary

Ennovi Group seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support NPI, process validation, and ramp-up at the Batam plant. You will design, implement, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality against targets.

You will collaborate with Process Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, Tooling, and Maintenance teams, coordinate trials and validation builds, and drive on-time project delivery while aligning with APQP and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, project engineering, or NPI.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process validation, APQP, and production launch activities.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills; capable of working cross-functionally.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support new product introduction (NPI) and project implementation activities at the plant.
• Coordinate project activities with Process Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, Tooling, and Maintenance teams.
• Support project timelines, action tracking, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
• Coordinate engineering trials, pilot runs, validation builds, and production ramp-up activities.
• Support implementation of engineering changes and customer requirements.
• Monitor project risks and drive timely closure of action items.
• Prepare project progress reports and support management reviews.
• Work closely with overseas project teams for global projects and provide plant updates.
• Provide direct project support for local customers.
• Support cost reduction, productivity improvement, and capacity expansion initiatives.
