Job summary

Engio Recruitment is seeking a Quality Specialist (NDT) to perform daily inspection activities in Batam, ensuring compliance with drawings, ITP, and API/customer requirements before release to the next process step or final acceptance. Responsibilities include reviewing routing packages, providing inspection reports and traceability, supporting FAI, verifying gauges, and maintaining records per QMS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical high school with 3 years' experience.
• Experience inspecting and measuring component parts in manufacturing.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Familiar with measurement tools and gauges.
• Ability to perform detailed dimensional inspection of component parts.
• Able to perform hardness testing and report verification.
• Able to perform phosphate visual inspection.
• Have knowledge to verify Hydro test.

Responsibilities

• Review routing package (Spec, Drawing, Picklist, Document Revision).
• Provide dimensional, COC, inspection report and traceability record in MO package.
• Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and in-process inspection activities.
• Verify gages and tool calibration.
• Verify and validate report from Outsource process.
• Perform inspection as per work order (Dimensional, Hardness, Phosphating, Test and Assembly).
• Record inspection results accurately and raise a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for non-conforming items.
• Maintain inspection records complete, accurate, and retained per QMS requirements.
• Participate in Quality & HSE program and proactively involve in improving Quality/HSE Culture in Batam Site
