Job summary

Engio's Batam-based manufacturing partner, a leading multinational in electronic products, seeks a QA Manager to uphold safety, specifications, and regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle. This is a strategic leadership role bridging production, management, and customers to drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee machine quality, conduct process audits, lead QA training, and develop testing methods while ensuring QMS and EHS compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4+ years in a quality role.
• Experience with 8D, SPC, FMEA, Lean, Six Sigma, and related QA tools.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, GMP audits and certifications.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed in Batam, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee machine quality activities, reduce defects, and improve reporting.
• Conduct process audits for current and new production lines.
• Lead QA team training to promote quality mindset.
• Support continuous improvement proposals to management.
• Prepare monthly quality reports and validate documents.
