Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Batam, Indonesia is seeking a Senior Engineer in Quality Engineering to drive excellent quality performance by developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS). You will lead efforts to foster a proactive quality culture across the value chain, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of quality engineering experience. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, excellent leadership skills, and experience in semiconductor manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering with focus on Chemical/Mechanical or systems quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and maintain a Quality Management System.
• Develop policies to verify product and operational quality improvements.
• Lead audit preparations and continuous improvement initiatives.
