Job summary

Infineon Technologies Batam is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer Quality Engineering who will drive continuous quality improvements and lead the Quality Engineering team to achieve KPIs. You will define and maintain the Quality Management System, develop strategies to uphold quality across existing and future technologies, and lead deviation, risk, and change management with robust problem solving.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
5+ years in Quality Engineering or related field (semiconductor/PCBA preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proficient in Process FMEA, QC tools, 8D, and IATF regulations.

Responsibilities

Defines, develops, deploys, and maintains a Quality Management System with systematic processes.
Develops strategies to establish and maintain quality standards for current and future technologies, packages, and services.
Drives the Quality Improvement Program and ensures deviation, risk, and change management are in place.
Leads Quality System Audits with focus on compliance across audits.
Manages deviation handling, SPC, and corrective/preventive actions.
