Racer Technology Pte Ltd seeks a Quality Manager to oversee quality across its Batam subsidiary and affiliated factories in Singapore and Senai. The role requires leadership of engineers and inspectors to ensure regulatory and process compliance throughout manufacturing and supplier networks.

You will drive internal audits, implement Six-sigma quality tools, and lead the NPI quality process to meet on-time delivery and CAPA resolutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quality Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with injection molding, printing & spraying, sub-assembly, electronics is a plus.
• Good written and oral communication; knowledge of Six-sigma.
• Familiar with APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, PPAP and 8D Methodology.

Responsabilités

• Handle internal and external auditing complying to QEMS.
• Oversee quality functions of all factories (Singapore, Senai & Batam).
• Liaise with SQD to Batam, Senai & Singapore factories and address supplier quality issues.
• Lead and guide engineers and inspectors to ensure work compliance.
• Lead supplier assessments and source selection recommendations.
• Perform internal audits related to ISO system requirements.
• Maintain cohesive working relations with inter-departments, customers and vendors.
• Lead the NPI Quality process and ensure quality deliverables are on time.
• Review CAPA and deviation trends to identify recurring or high-risk quality issues.
• Respond to resolutions of process non-conformance.
• Take on other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

To lead and guide engineers and inspectors in ensuring work compliance.

Lead supplier assessments and provide source selection recommendations.

To perform internal auditing relates to ISO system requirements.

To ensure & maintain cohesive working relation with inter-department, customers & vendors.

Lead the NPI Quality process and ensure all quality deliverables are completed on time.

Review CAPA and deviation trends to identify recurring or higher-risk quality issues.

Responsive towards resolution of process non-conformance.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

Diploma in Quality Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronic discipline.

Manufacturing experience with understanding processes injection molding, printing & spraying, sub-assembly, electronics, etc. is a plus.

Good written, oral and good knowledge of Six-sigma.

Good knowledge of quality tools (APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, PPAP & 8D Methodology, etc.)

Ability to perform internal auditing relates to ISO system requirements.

Have understanding & knowledge of plastic injection molding process.

Ability to understand and read 2D drawings.

Willingness to work at Batam, Indonesia.
