Job summary

PT Asthanesia Global Investama is seeking a QA/R&D professional to support quality trial improvements in cleaning methods, sanitization, and hygienic enhancements. You will conduct follow-ups with Production/QC, assist trial execution and validation, and ensure complete, well-documented data in line with R&D/QA protocols.

You will also ensure GMP, HACCP, PRP, and Quality SOP compliance, and travel to sites as required while reporting to Head Office.

Qualifications

• GMP, HACCP, and quality fundamentals are essential.
• Experience in QA, QC, or process development in food is preferred.
• Willingness to be placed at factory and travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support trial improvements related to cleaning methods, sanitation, and hygienic improvements.
• Follow up on findings and implementation gaps with Production/QC until completion.
• Assist trial execution, scale-up, and validation per R&D/QA protocols.
• Ensure trial data is complete, accurate, and well-documented.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, PRP, and Quality SOP compliance at all times.
• Act as liaison between factory and Head Office for trial updates and validation results.
• Escalate deviations or risks requiring decision-making.
