Job summary

Hong Kong Yonyou Xinfushe Cloud Technology Co.,Limited is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee quality control and food safety management in Indonesia. You will manage testing, audits, and documentation to ensure compliance with FDA, HACCP, FSSC22000, and international standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in quality or process engineering within food additive sectors, strong communication skills, and fluency in English or Indonesian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer, Testing Engineer, or Quality System Manager in food additive or related industry.
• Proficiency in English or Indonesian as working language.
• Hands-on experience with FDA, HACCP, FSSC22000.
• Experience with international food standard certifications (BRC, IFS) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food additive production processes and QC methods.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all quality testing and process-related matters for the Technical Quality Department.
• Oversee laboratory testing operations and ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Coordinate with production teams on process optimization and quality improvement.
• Establish, implement, and maintain food safety management systems including FDA, HACCP, and FSSC22000.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Take full responsibility for customer factory audits, including but not limited to BRC, IFS, and other international food standard certification audits.
• Prepare and coordinate all audit documentation and activities.
• Organize regular internal quality system audits and management reviews.
• Establish and maintain the quality control documentation system for the entire food additive production process.
