Job summary

SE'INDONESIA is seeking a Quality System & Document Control Supervisor to strengthen our food safety program and ensure ISO 22000 compliance. You will support the QC Manager, manage document control across departments, and coordinate with government bodies.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Biology, plus at least 2 years in QA/QC in F&B, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or QA/QC in food & beverage settings.
• Solid understanding of food safety management systems (ISO 22000) and document control procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the QC Manager in implementing QC programs, including ISO 22000 and audits.
• Manage document and record control across departments.
• Ensure CAPA procedures are properly implemented and followed up.
• Coordinate with government institutions regarding regulations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements across related operations.
• Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, reports, and records.
