PT. Morialand Berkat Cemerlang is seeking a Quality Control/Assistant Operations Manager to join our Bali team.

This full-time role focuses on QA across retail and property projects, supporting senior management, improving processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will bring 2-3 years in quality control or operations, strong leadership, data analysis, and fluency in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in quality control, operations management or related role.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, standards and best practices in retail/property management.
• Experience leading and training teams; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, documentation and reporting; familiarity with QA management systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality control standards across all operations and ensure policy/regulation compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of villas and facilities to identify improvement areas.
• Manage QA documentation, record-keeping and reporting to track performance metrics.
• Support the Operations Manager in daily activities; visit prospect villas and check facilities/building.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor budget adherence and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and performance for management review.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to develop procedures and standards.

About the role

PT. Morialand Berkat Cemerlang is seeking an experienced Quality Control/Assistant Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards across our retail and property development projects. You will be instrumental in overseeing quality assurance processes, managing operational workflows, and supporting the senior management team to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our business performance whilst working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

Implementing and maintaining comprehensive quality control standards across all operational areas, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Conducting regular inspections and audits of all Villas under our property management and facilities to identify areas for improvement

Managing quality assurance documentation, record-keeping, and reporting to track performance metrics and identify trends

Supporting the Operations Manager in day-to-day operational activities, especially visiting prospect Villas and checking the facilities and the building itself.

Liaising with various departments to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly

Monitoring budget adherence and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality standards

Preparing detailed reports on quality metrics, operational performance, and recommendations for management review

Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of operational procedures and standards

What we're looking for

2-3 years of experience in quality control, operations management, or a related role within retail, property development, or hospitality sectors

Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, industry standards, and best practices in retail and property management

Demonstrated experience in leading and training teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in data analysis, documentation, and reporting; familiarity with quality management systems and relevant software

Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of work

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable
