Job summary

Bali Hospitality Stars in Badung, Bali, is looking for a full-time, on-site Property Quality Supervisor to safeguard guest readiness by inspecting villas and facilities, giving clear corrections and rechecking results.

You will review arrivals/departures, supervise housekeeping quality, inspect every villa before release, test essential utilities, and keep concise digital records. A hospitality or technical diploma is preferred; university degree is not required.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping and room-inspection experience in a professionally managed hotel, resort or villa.

• High standards for cleanliness, presentation and guest readiness.
• Respectful, direct staff coaching and persistence to follow corrections through.
• Effective spoken Indonesian and working spoken and written English.
• Confidence using a smartphone, WhatsApp and simple digital work records.
• Reliable attendance for a turnover-focused roster, including scheduled weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review arrivals, departures, cleaning priorities and open defects with resort management.
• Supervise housekeeping quality and coach staff in cleaning methods, presentation, linen, amenities and efficient work sequence.
• Inspect every arrival villa before it is released as ready, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, terraces, pools, gardens and shared guest areas.
• Test relevant guest-critical functions safely, including cooling, hot water, drainage, lighting, locks, internet and appliances.
• Give specific correction instructions, follow up and recheck completed work.
• Identify maintenance defects early, coordinate routine follow-up and recognize when a qualified technician is needed.
• Keep concise, accurate digital records of inspections, failures, evidence and rechecks.

Bali Hospitality Stars is hiring a full-time, on-site Property Quality Supervisor in Badung, Bali.

This is a hands‑on supervisory position in a small luxury villa resort. You will protect physical quality and guest readiness by inspecting work yourself, requiring clear corrections and physically rechecking the result.

What you will do

• Review arrivals, departures, cleaning priorities and open defects with resort management.


• Supervise housekeeping quality and coach staff in cleaning methods, presentation, linen, amenities and efficient work sequence.


• Inspect every arrival villa before it is released as ready, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, terraces, pools, gardens and shared guest areas.


• Test relevant guest‑critical functions safely, including cooling, hot water, drainage, lighting, locks, internet and appliances.


• Give specific correction instructions, follow up and recheck completed work. A message saying that work is finished is not enough.


• Identify maintenance defects early, coordinate routine follow‑up and recognize when a qualified technician is needed.


• Keep concise, accurate digital records of inspections, failures, evidence and rechecks.

What you bring

• Experience supervising or checking other people’s work.


• Strong practical reasoning. You notice inconsistencies, find likely causes, set sensible priorities and verify results.


• High standards for cleanliness, presentation and guest readiness.


• Respectful, direct staff coaching and the persistence to follow corrections through.


• Effective spoken Indonesian and working spoken and written English.


• Confidence using a smartphone, WhatsApp and simple digital work records.


• Reliable attendance for a turnover‑focused roster, including scheduled weekends and holidays.

Preferred background includes luxury or premium villa experience, a relevant hospitality or technical diploma, and useful facilities, engineering, air conditioning, pool or building‑maintenance knowledge. A university degree is not required.

Pay: IDR 7,000,000 to IDR 9,000,000 gross per month, depending on demonstrated capability. Applicable THR and BPJS are provided.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical inspection and correction exercise using a controlled scenario. It does not involve unpaid work on an occupied guest villa.
