PT Sewu Segar Primatama (Re.juve) in Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Food Safety Auditor to conduct audits across stores and manufacturing sites, coordinate Halal registrations, and ensure compliance with established standards. The role involves training delivery and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold quality across operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a food-related discipline (Food Technology or Chemical Engineering).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within food manufacturing or food & beverage retail companies.
• Knowledgeable in FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, and Halal Product Assurance System is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Food Safety Audit at stores and manufacturing site.
• Coordinate the Halal Registration process, including document preparation and submission.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with established standards and regulations.
• Deliver training and awareness programs related to Halal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunity.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in a food-related discipline (Food Technology or Chemical Engineering).

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within food manufacturing or food & beverage retail companies.

Knowledgeable in FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, and the Halal Product Assurance System is an advantage.

Candidates holding Halal Supervisor certification and/or having experience as a Halal Supervisor are preferred.

Willingness to travel and be based in Cikupa, Tangerang.
