Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a food-related discipline (Food Technology or Chemical Engineering).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within food manufacturing or food & beverage retail companies.
Knowledgeable in FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, and Halal Product Assurance System is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Conduct Food Safety Audit at stores and manufacturing site.
Coordinate the Halal Registration process, including document preparation and submission.
Ensure all operational activities comply with established standards and regulations.
Deliver training and awareness programs related to Halal.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunity.
