Job summary

PT Sarana Utama Adimandiri is seeking a dedicated QHSE Site Manager to lead the QHSE function on a Data Center project in Indonesia. You will implement and maintain QHSE programs on site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Owner requirements.

The role demands strong leadership, fluent English, and excellent communication and presentation skills to train personnel, conduct audits, investigate incidents, and report effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HSE Manager experience in Data Center projects.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership to manage QHSE teams on site.
• Proven ability to develop and implement on-site QHSE programs.
• Familiar with Indonesian QHSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage workload.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the QHSE functions on the Data Center project site

Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE programs in accordance with local (Indonesian) regulations and Owner requirements

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations

Implement the Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) cycle to continually improve QHSE performance

Conduct regular QHSE audits and inspections, and prepare detailed reports

Provide effective QHSE training and induction to site personnel

Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Prepare and deliver high-quality QHSE presentations and reports

Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders regarding QHSE matters

Manage QHSE documentation and records accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
