Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years professional experience in QHSE management, preferably within Oil & Gas sectors
• Experience AK3 Migas / AK3 Migas certification
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, environmental management standards, and quality assurance frameworks
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QHSE management systems, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 certifications
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough risk assessments, hazard analyses, and incident investigations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisation
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities using relevant QHSE management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain integrated QHSE management systems across all operations.
• Lead risk assessments, hazard analyses, and safety audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to join PT Pradita Puncak Sarana in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in our organisation's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental management. The QHSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive programmes that ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices across our mining and resources operations. This role is integral to protecting our workforce, safeguarding our environment, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain integrated Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems and policies across all operational areas

Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard analyses, and safety audits to identify potential risks and recommend preventative measures

Lead the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near-misses, documenting findings and implementing corrective and preventative actions

Ensure compliance with all relevant Oil & Gas, health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards applicable to operations in Indonesia

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes to all employees on QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, health, environmental impact, and quality metrics

Liaise with regulatory authorities, certifying bodies, and external stakeholders regarding QHSE matters and compliance documentation

Champion a strong safety culture by promoting awareness, engagement, and accountability at all levels of the organisation

Manage QHSE budgets, resources, and procurement of safety equipment and monitoring systems

Prepare comprehensive QHSE reports and present findings to senior management and relevant committees

What we're looking for
