Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center in Indonesia seeks a Campus Health & Safety Manager to lead HSE across the campus, covering construction, commissioning, internal fit-out, operations, and contractor activities. You will partner with Construction, Operations, Facilities Management, and Project Management to embed Health and Safety into planning, execution, and governance.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 8+ years of H&S leadership experience in large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive Health and Safety experience.
• Experience leading Health and Safety across large-scale construction, commissioning, and/or operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Health and Safety regulatory requirements and ISO 45001/ISO 14001.
• Ability to coach and develop Health & Safety professionals across teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key Health & Safety interface for customers and external stakeholders.
• Lead Health and Safety governance across campus including construction, commissioning, and live operations.
• Collaborate with Construction, Operations, Facilities Management, and Project Management leadership.
• Coach and build Health and Safety capability through training and on-site coaching.
• Implement Health and Safety standards, programs, and critical controls.
• Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and support assurance activities.
• Coordinate Health and Safety resources and ensure consistent standards of execution.
