Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Indonesia is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager for data center construction projects. You will develop, implement, and manage HSE programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, while safeguarding the workforce.

The role requires 5–10 years of construction scheduling experience, proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6, and a technical degree in PM/CM or engineering.

Responsibilities

• HSE program development, implementation, and maintenance for data center construction.

• Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify hazards and controls.
• Develop and deliver HSE training for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor compliance and drive improvements.
