Job summary

Seifertech seeks an HSE Officer to lead health, safety and environmental management for EPC construction sites across Indonesia. You will develop comprehensive HSE programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a strong safety culture across project teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in OH&S or related field, 3+ years of HSE experience, and an AHK3 certification. You will conduct risk assessments, lead training, and drive continuous improvement in site safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction or EPC projects
• AHK3 certification from Kemnaker RI
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations, SMK3, ISO 45001/ISO 14001
• Experience delivering HSE training programs and toolbox talks
• Proficiency in incident investigation methodologies (RCA, 5-Why, Fishbone)
• Willingness to be deployed to project sites across Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

HSE Officer

Lead Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management for EPC construction sites across Indonesia. As an HSE Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HSE programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture across all project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific HSE plans, risk assessments (JSA/JHA), and method statements for all construction activities
• Conduct regular site HSE inspections and audits; identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Lead safety induction programs for all site personnel, including subcontractors and visitors
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare investigation reports with root cause analysis (RCA)
• Monitor compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations (UU No. 1/1970, PP No. 50/2012), SMK3 standards, and company HSE policies
• Maintain HSE documentation and reporting systems, including safety statistics, training records, and audit findings
• Coordinate emergency response planning, including fire drills, first aid response, and evacuation procedures
• Promote safety culture through campaigns, toolbox talks, safety awards, and behavioral-based safety (BBS) programs

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction or EPC projects, preferably in power or renewable energy sector
• Valid AHK3 (Ahli Higiene Keselamatan Kerja) certification from Kemnaker RI
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations, SMK3 implementation, and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
• Experience in developing and delivering HSE training programs and toolbox talks
• Proficiency in incident investigation methodologies (RCA, 5-Why, Fishbone diagram)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence behavior at all organizational levels
• Willingness to be deployed to project sites across Indonesia
