Job summary

Dwi Satrya Utama in Indonesia is seeking an experienced QA/QC leader to plan, implement, monitor, and improve quality control and quality assurance across raw materials to finished products.

The role focuses on maintaining ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and Halal compliance, developing SOPs, conducting audits and CAPA, and leading a QA/QC team while collaborating with Production, Purchasing and other departments to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in QA/QC, with experience as Assistant Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate QA/QC processes from raw materials to finished products.
• Lead QA/QC implementation to meet company standards.
• Ensure ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and Halal requirements are applied consistently.
• Develop and ensure SOPs, work instructions, specifications, and QA/QC documentation.
• Oversee inspection, sampling, testing, and product release per standards.
• Analyze non-conformities, complaints and deviations; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate Root Cause Analysis and CAPA for quality issues.
• Manage internal and external audits and follow up on findings.
• Develop, train and oversee QA/QC team performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Growth & Innovation, Purchasing, Warehouse to improve quality.
