Job summary

PT Kewpie Indonesia is seeking a QC Assistant Supervisor for our GIIC Cikarang Pusat operations to oversee microbiology and chemical analysis workloads.

You will develop QC systems, supervise team members, lead projects, and prevent issues by investigating and troubleshooting processes while ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and HALAL standards. Shift work is required and placement is at head office and factory in GIIC Cikarang Pusat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Food Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year as QA/QC Leader or Supervisor in Food & Beverages.
• Experience leading any project and training staff.
• Strong knowledge of microbiology and chemical analysis.
• Familiar with Food Safety standards (FSSC, ISO 22000, HALAL).
• Proficient data analysis, statistics, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor operations in Microbiology and Chemical Analysis.
• Develop systems in the QC Department.
• Supervise and improve team performance.
• Prevent trouble and perform root-cause analysis.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Control critical points and prepare reports.
• Lead projects and drive continuous improvement.
