Job summary

Qualifications

Job Description

• Monitor laboratory testing programs, review analytical results, and investigate non-conforming or abnormal findings.
• Manage food/feed safety verification activities, risk assessments, and corrective/preventive action programs.
• Ensure compliance with food/feed safety management systems, regulatory requirements, certification schemes, and customer specifications.
• Monitor laboratory testing programs, review analytical results, and investigate non-conforming or abnormal findings.
• Support internal, external, and certification audits while ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
• Promote continuous improvement and food/feed safety culture through training, reporting, and compliance monitoring activities.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or any related field from reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Food/Feed Safety, Quality Management, Regulatory Compliance, or Laboratory Quality within food, edible oil, FMCG, or related industries.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining of ISO 17025 requirements, Good laboratory practices, and analytical data will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Food/Feed Safety Management Systems (e.g., FSSC 22000, GMP+, system jaminan halal ) will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of Laboratory / Food/Feed Safety Management Systems, HACCP principles.
• Familiarity with laboratory testing processes, analytical data review, trend analysis, and investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and monitoring operational performance.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power point) for data analysis and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
