PT Citra Rasa Betawi seeks a Staff QA to oversee halal supervision, reviews, internal audits, and food safety compliance across outlets and warehouses. The role includes updating matrices for materials and products, conducting pre-assessment audits, and coordinating pest control activities.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of QA experience in F&B, robust knowledge of HACCP, Halal, GMP, SSOP, and be able to train staff on safety standards.

Formación

• Minimum education: D3/S1 in Food Technology, Nutrition, Public Health or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Staff QA in F&B, restaurants, hotels or food manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Food Safety including HACCP, Halal, GMP, and SSOP.
• General Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Expert Certificate valued.
• Able to create, audit, and revise SOPs; monitor pest control implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as halal supervisor for management review and internal audits.
• Update raw material and product matrices; conduct pre‑assessment audits.
• Perform GMP audits and monitor corrective actions.
• Deliver Food Safety refresher training to warehouse and kitchen staff.
• Compile pest control reports and forward GC information monthly.

Staff QA responsible for halal supervision, management review, internal audits, and monitoring of food safety compliance across outlets and warehouses.

Key responsibilities

Serve as halal supervisor responsible for management review and internal audits, and update raw material and product matrices

Conduct pre-assessment audits at outlets and warehouses before external audits for regulatory purposes

Conduct GMP audits and monitor corrective actions

Deliver Food Safety refresher training to warehouse and kitchen staff

Compile pest control reports and monitor corrective actions

Forward GC information from outlets to pest control team on the 20th of each month

Send samples to relevant institutions as needed for testing and calibration

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education in Food Technology, Nutrition, Public Health, or related field

Minimum 1 year experience as Staff QA in F&B, restaurants, hotels, or food manufacturing

Proficiency in Food Safety including HACCP, Halal, GMP, and SSOP

General Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Expert Certificate (valued)

Able to create, audit, and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Able to monitor and verify pest control implementation

Detail-oriented, responsive, and communicative

Able to work under pressure
