We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Officer to ensure food safety, quality, and halal standards are consistently implemented across stores and commissaries.
Conduct internal food safety & halal audits
Deliver training and consultancy related to food safety, quality, and halal
Ensure audit readiness for internal and external audits
Handle CAPA management, product evaluation, complaint handling, and reporting
Minimum D3 degree in Food Technology, Fishery, Animal Husbandry, Microbiology, Catering Management, Nutrition, or related fields with minimum 2 years of experience in food industry (QSR experience preferred)
Fresh graduates are welcome for D4/S1 backgrounds
Familiar with Food Safety, Halal System, ISO 22000 / GFSI, and Audit Compliance
Skilled in auditing, CAPA management, training delivery, product evaluation, and reporting
English proficiency is an advantage
