PT Delta Tekno Perkasa in Indonesia is seeking a full-time on-site Purchasing Staff (Mandarin Speaker) based in Kecamatan Cikande. You will source suppliers, compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals.

You will communicate with local and overseas vendors, negotiate terms, maintain records, and support inventory control while contributing to cost improvements and policy compliance.

Formación

• Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia; English advantageous.
• Solid understanding of purchasing processes: sourcing, quotations, ordering and delivery follow-up.
• Strong record-keeping, data entry and documentation accuracy.
• Good vendor relationships and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day purchasing activities including supplier sourcing and quotation comparisons.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Purchasing Staff (Mandarin Speaker) role based in Kecamatan Cikande. The role involves handling day-to-day purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting and comparing quotations, preparing purchase orders, and monitoring delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods and services. The Purchasing Staff will communicate regularly with local and overseas vendors, including Mandarin-speaking partners, to clarify specifications, negotiate terms, and resolve issues. The role also includes maintaining accurate purchasing records, updating databases, coordinating with internal departments on material requirements, and supporting inventory control. The team member will help optimize purchasing costs, comply with company policies, and contribute to continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written), with working proficiency in English considered an advantage.
• Solid understanding of basic purchasing processes, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, order placement, and follow-up on deliveries.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and data entry related to purchasing activities.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills to build relationships with vendors and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with office and business software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, email, and basic ERP or purchasing systems).
• Ability to work on-site in Kecamatan Cikande, manage tasks independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant educational background in Administration, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; prior experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage.
• Understanding of basic financial and cost considerations related to purchasing, with willingness to learn company policies and procedures.
• Willing to be relocated to Cikande, Serang (Employee dormitory provided)
