Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities, including material ordering, material localization, stock deduction, and supplier coordination.
• Monitor the progress of overseas material procurement for Indonesia.
• Communicate and follow up with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and material availability.
• Monitor material schedules and ensure timely delivery according to production requirements.
• Control material stock deductions and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Handle payment-related issues, deductions, and purchasing administration.
• Handle supplier complaints and resolve material-related issues.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth purchasing and material procurement processes.
