Job summary

PT. Viridi Group Manufaktur Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities for our Grobogan operations.

You will coordinate supplier communications, negotiate prices and terms, and ensure timely acquisition of goods and services to support production. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 2 years in purchasing or procurement within manufacturing or construction, strong Excel and ERP/ODoo familiarity, and good English communication

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably from the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Understanding of the procurement flow of goods and services and the purchasing administration process.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot, Lookup, IF) and familiarity with ERP/Purchasing Systems (Experience with Odoo is a plus).
• Demonstrated negotiation skills, price analysis, and vendor selection and management.
• Thorough, communicative, and able to work with deadlines.
• Able to speak English (spoken and written)
• Willing to be placed in Grobogan, Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Conducting the procurement process for goods and services according to the company's operational needs.
• Establishing communication and negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best price and quality.
• Seeking and evaluating potential new vendor sources in accordance with company standards.
• Ensuring the completeness of purchasing documents and compliance with company SOPs.
• Controlling procurement lead times to align with production and operational schedules.
• Operate an ERP/Excel system to record and report purchasing activities.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and finance divisions to ensure a smooth procurement process.
