Job summary

Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, purchasing machine spare parts and machining-related items, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring the timely availability of materials to support operational needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience handling procurement activities within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with the procurement of machine spare parts, fabrication, and machining components.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and cost analysis capabilities.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple procurement requests.
• Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (minimum passive proficiency).
• Holds a valid SIM C and is willing to travel for business purposes when required.
• Willing to be based in Surabaya.
