Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field, at least 1 year in purchasing, and Mandarin proficiency. ERP experience is a plus; strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this on-site, roster-based role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement administration, or a related role.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written); able to communicate with Chinese-speaking management and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and other procurement-related documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Monitor purchase order status and follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing materials.
• Verify quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other procurement documents.

JobResponsibilities:

Assistinsuppliercommunication,pricecomparisons,andprocurementadministration.
PrepareprocurementandinventoryreportsandsupporttheProcurementteamwithdailyadministrativetasks.

JobRequirements:
