Job summary

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi di Bali mencari pegawai gudang logistik untuk mendukung operasional di area Ubud. Tugas utama meliputi penerimaan, pemeriksaan, penyimpanan material konstruksi, serta pelaporan stok secara rutin dan tertata dengan baik.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan numerik, minimal dua tahun pengalaman terkait, dan kesiapan bekerja di lokasi konstruksi yang aktif serta memiliki kemampuan mencatat stok secara akurat.

Qualifications

• Minimal SMA/SMK. Pengalaman gudang/site logistik diutamakan.
• Minimal 2 tahun menangani material konstruksi.
• Mekerjakan di area konstruksi aktif dengan berdiri sepanjang hari.

Responsibilities

• Menerima pengiriman, cek kuantitas, spesifikasi, kondisi barang.
• Menyimpan material dengan rapi, bersih, dan aman di area laydown.
• Mengeluarkan material hanya atas permintaan tertanda, catat stok.
• Melakukan stock count mingguan dan laporkan varians.
• Mengelola pergerakan material dan perlengkapan di lokasi proyek.

Job description

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali based construction company building villas and boutique hotels. We are staffing our site organisation in the Ubud area.

THE ROLE

You receive, store and issue every item of material that comes onto the site. Two things are true when you do this well: no work stops for want of material, and nothing leaves the site unaccounted for.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Receive deliveries and check quantity, specification and condition against the purchase order before you sign the delivery order.

Store material properly. Cement dry and off the ground, steel sorted and tagged, finishing material protected.

Issue material only against a signed request, and keep a running stock card for every item.

Run a weekly stock count and report the variance.

Coordinate unloading, movement of material inside the site, and equipment movement.

Report damaged, short or wrong specification deliveries to Purchasing the same day.

Keep the store and the laydown area tidy and safe.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

SMA or SMK minimum. A warehouse or site logistics background is preferred.

Minimum 2 years handling construction material.

Comfortable working on your feet on an active site through the working day.

Numerate and reliable with stock records. SIM A or SIM C is an advantage.
