Job summary

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi in Bali seeks a construction quality control professional to independently verify on-site work against approved drawings and revisions. You will not report to the Project Manager and will document any non-conformance in writing to ensure project integrity.

Responsibilities include inspecting each work stage, coordinating inspections, witnessing concrete tests, verifying materials against specs, maintaining non-conformance records, and managing punch lists through

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years in construction quality control on building projects.
• Read structural drawings and a rebar schedule and check them against what is on site.
• Solid knowledge of SNI standards for structure, concrete and finishing works.
• Villa, hotel or high-end residential finishing experience is a strong advantage.
• Documented, methodical, and able to perform under pressure.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali based construction company building villas and boutique hotels. We are staffing our site organisation to take over a project already under construction, and to carry the team into the projects that follow it.

THE ROLE

You are the independent check on what gets built. You do not report to the Project Manager. Your job is to confirm that what is executed on site matches the approved and revision controlled drawing, and to say so in writing when it does not.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
