Job summary

PT. Samora Usaha Makmur (SAMORA Group) is seeking a Procurement/Purchasing Staff to handle end-to-end procurement activities for manufacturing and FMCG needs in Jakarta.

The role covers requisition through payment, supplier management, and vendor evaluation to ensure timely deliveries. Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong negotiation, communication, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
• Experience in manufacturing/factory or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement process from requisition to payment.
• Negotiate price, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Create the QCF before issuing the PO.
• Ensure goods/services are received on time by users in factory/head office.
• Maintain vendor lists in factory/head office.
• Perform supplier evaluations.

• At least 2 year of working experience as a Procurement/ Purchasing Staff.
• Have working experience in manufacture/factory or FMCG.
• Knowledge of Procurement Processes, supplier management and inventory control priciples.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiar with procurement system and administration.
• Strong analytical data skills and report creation.
• Excellent in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Willing to work at PT Samora Usaha Makmur (Holding Group) Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat.

Responsibilities

• Managing procurement process form requisition to payment.
• Negotiate price, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Create the Qoutation Comprasion Form (QCF) before create the PO.
• Ensure that goods or services are received on time by the user in factory or head office.
• Manage the list vendor in factory or head office.
• Perform supplier evaluations.
