Job summary

PT Alta Delta Internasional is seeking a procurement professional with at least 1 year of experience in import purchasing. The role focuses on negotiating with local and international suppliers, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication, knowledge of purchasing processes, and willingness to work in Bandung. You will engage with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms while ensuring timely delivery and stock accuracy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management, Accounting or related field.
• 1 year experience in procurement or purchasing import.
• Good communication in English (written and oral).
• Good knowledge about purchasing processes, local and international trade.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung.
• Strong negotiation, communication and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with suppliers local and international to secure the best possible pricing and terms.
• Process purchase orders and ensure accurate entry into the company's system.
• Review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify delivery dates and quantities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor vendor performance and collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues.
• Manage and update inventory stock.
