Samora Group is seeking a Procurement Staff to join our Jakarta team. You will handle end-to-end procurement from requisition to payment, negotiate prices and delivery terms, and prepare quotation comparison forms before PO issuance.

You will manage vendor lists, perform supplier evaluations, and ensure timely receipt of goods at factory or head office. Bachelor degree, 2+ years in procurement, FMCG/manufacturing experience, and strong MS Office skills are required; placement in Thamrin, Jakarta

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG is preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management and inventory control principles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiar with procurement systems and administration.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work at PT Samora Usaha Makmur (Holding Group) Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat.

Responsabilidades

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• At least 2 year of working experience as a Procurement/ Purchasing Staff.
• Have working experience in manufacture/factory or FMCG.
• Knowledge of Procurement Processes, supplier management and inventory control priciples.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiar with procurement system and administration.
• Strong analytical data skills and report creation.
• Excellent in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Willing to work at PT Samora Usaha Makmur (Holding Group) Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat.
