Job summary

Eka Jaya Group, a leader in the beauty industry with brands Hanasui and NCo, is seeking a Purchasing Packaging Material Supervisor to join our on-site team in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

In this role you will coordinate with local and overseas suppliers, manage packaging material purchasing, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality. The candidate will have experience in Purchasing and strong Excel/SAP skills, with Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, preferably handling Packaging Materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.
• Strong negotiation, detail-oriented, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Coordination: Communicate with local and overseas suppliers (Mandarin-speaking) regarding price quotations, sampling, lead time, and order updates.
• Purchasing Execution: Handle purchasing processes for packaging materials, including PR/PO creation, price comparison, and material ordering.
• Cost & Quality Monitoring: Ensure materials meet quality standards while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain purchasing records, supplier data, and provide accurate and timely reports.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D, and Warehouse to ensure material readiness and resolve supply-related issues.
• Issue Resolution: Follow up on delivery delays, quality issues, and negotiate corrective actions with suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.


• Strong negotiation skills, detail-oriented, and effective communication abilities.

• Willing to work on-site in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
