Job summary

This role focuses on developing body care, skincare, perfume, and other personal care products from concept through to launch, collaborating across R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, QA, and Marketing to ensure quality and timely market entry.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in product development within beauty or FMCG, a strong understanding of consumer trends, textures, ingredients, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in product development, preferably in beauty or FMCG (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
• Strong understanding of body care and personal care products, including trends, textures, ingredients, formulations, and consumer preferences.
• Familiar with product development processes from concept to launch.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Product development: support end-to-end development of body care and personal care products from concept ideation to mass production.
• Market & trend analysis: conduct market, trend, and competitor analysis to support new concepts and improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, QA, and Marketing to ensure quality and timely launches.
• Product documentation & sample management: track samples, testing results, revisions, and development documentation.
• Product performance & innovation: monitor performance and consumer feedback to drive optimization and new ideas.
• Regulatory & quality compliance: ensure products meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Product launch support: assist in preparation, including knowledge materials and cross-functional coordination.

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Support the end-to-end development of body care and personal care products, from concept ideation, market and competitor benchmarking, formulation development, and product testing through to mass production.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct market, trend, and competitor analysis to support new product concepts and the continuous improvement of existing products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, QA, and Marketing teams to ensure product quality, readiness, and timely market launch.
• Product Documentation & Sample Management: Manage and track product samples, testing results, revisions, and development documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Product Performance & Innovation: Monitor product performance and consumer feedback to support product optimization and innovation initiatives.
• Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Product Launch Support: Assist in product launch preparation, including product knowledge materials and internal cross-functional coordination.
