Job summary

Eka Jaya Group (Hanasui, NCo) is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our beauty brand team at the Alam Sutera office. You will create visuals across digital, print, and social media, translating brand identity into compelling campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in multimedia/visual design, 1–2 years of design experience, and strong proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Passion for beauty and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, or related field.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and other relevant tools.
• Strong layout design; motion graphics experience is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Creative Designer, preferably in the beauty industry or a creative agency.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) at our Alam Sutera location.

Responsibilities

• Creative Concepting & Execution: Develop visual concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives, and execute designs across media.
• Design Production & Tools Mastery: Create high-quality graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring consistency and attention to detail in every output.
• Motion & Multimedia Content: Produce engaging motion graphics and video content to support campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Brand Consistency & Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaboration & Project Management: Work with marketing, social media, and product teams to meet deadlines and deliver assets.

Job Requirements:
