Job summary

PT Karang Mas Sejahtera is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Officer for our Corporate Office in Jimbaran, Bali. The role focuses on sourcing suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely procurement of ME, Interior, and Architecture materials.

Mandarin fluency is required to communicate with Chinese suppliers. You will process PRs in SAP, compare prices for cost efficiency, and assist with import documentation and customs clearance to support our hotels and projects across Bali and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
1-2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.

Responsibilities

Source, negotiate, and procure supplies and materials needed for daily operations, specifically for ME, Interior, and Architecture materials.
Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP for goods to be procured from China.
Provide and analyze price comparisons to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Assist in preparing and managing customs clearance documentation.
Support the clearance process for imported goods.
Coordinate with internal users across hotels, projects, and the holding company to meet procurement needs.
